WELCOME TO THOROUGH CARE

Thorough Care Development Services, LLC provides direct support to adult male diagnosed with developmental disabilities in an environment where client rights and personal choice are respected and based on the belief that independence and self-direction should not be sacrificed because of pre-conceived information or the client’s level of disability.

Thorough Care Development Services, LLC believes that clients should be provided
opportunities to give input and fully participate in their individualized person-centered plan.
Supports provided by Thorough Care Development Services, LLC will focus on providing skill building opportunities that maximize a client’s potential to excel as independently as possible as based on each client’s desires Thorough Care Development Services, LLC shall also support clients becoming valued and contributing members of the community, in which they have chosen to live. Thorough Care Development Services, LLC shall use the Support Intensity Scale (SIS) assessment to provide learning and support in helping each client adapt to what works best in supporting them to accomplish their desired outcomes and personal level of achievement.
