Thorough Care was founded in 2022 to provide group-home congregate residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have complex, extensive treatment needs. We do a small number of things well: we run homes, we hire and train the people who work in them, and we build a plan around each client that reflects who they actually are.

Every person who joins us gets a comprehensive clinical assessment and an Individual Service Plan built from their own goals — not a template. Our environment is safe and supportive, and it's designed to promote growth, independence, and a genuinely better quality of life.

We say clients, individuals, and homes — never patients, clinics, or practice. This is a home, and the language we use should match that.
