DD Waiver Services Across Hampton Roads
Our home sits at the center of Hampton Roads. We serve families and CSB coordinators across the whole region — Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and the communities in between.
Hampton Roads is a tightly connected community, and so is DD Waiver support across it. We coordinate with the CSBs in each city, work around family location for visits, and build each client's plan around the community they actually live in.
